Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@vadro.ai with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and steps for sending your package back. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, reshipment, or refund where applicable.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, VADRO will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
Some items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
